• What is your delivery time?

  The standard model of paper straw machine is round 15 days after getting the deposit.

  The production line of paper straw machine is round 30-35days.

  The standard model of paper tube machine is round 35 days after getting the deposit.

  Customized machine is round 40-60 days.

• What is your after-sales service?

  After-sale service we can supply:

  1. One year warranty. All the spare parts can be replaced freely; 2. The user manual and operation videos will be provided before you get the machine; 3. If any issues after receiving the machine, we can have video call to solve it.

• What is your payment method?

  30% T/T in advance (as deposit), the balance should pay before delivery(After Check machine picture and running video perfect).

  30% T/T in advance (as deposit), 70% do the Irrevocable L/C at sight.
