Process:
1. The paper roll is fed through the paper feeder at high speed, and the glue feeder automatically glues at a constant temperature to stabilize the glue amount.
2. Adhesive paper layer is wound and formed by CFXG-80 high-speed paper straw making machine, which can complete multi-section cutting at one time.
3. The paper straws are dried by the CFHG-50 electric paper straw dryer
4. Then the straws are conveyed to the single individual straw packing machine.
5. Finally, the individual packed straws are packed into a bag by a group paper straw packing machine.
The entire production line is capable of achieving high-intelligence production, with full automation allowing one person to oversee multiple machines simultaneously. Throughout the production process, automated systems detect and halt operations in the event of issues like pipe blockages or paper breaks, eliminating the need for constant human supervision.
